Covid-19 - Customer information
20.03.2020As you have probably heard, since lately, Germany and many other European countries are in an “exceptional status” due to the current situation with Covid-19. As a consequence the governments can take actions much easier and faster being to the benefit of the community.
The measures taken mean that all shops are closed, except those for food, fuel and for general basic needs. People still are allowed to travel to work, although it is recommended to work from home if possible.
InterApp GmbH as well as all other companies of the InterApp Group strictly follow the instructions of the government and try to protect the health of the whole team. Our employees are at work and we expect to keep up our service level as usual. Also the production activities remain unchanged.
We have already taken various actions to reduce the risk of transmission of the virus. Fortunately, till now, nobody in the company has been infected. If this should happen, there will be a protocol to protect the health of our employees, while at the same time we will be trying to keep up the production activities without too much impact.
We are pleased to inform that so far we did not face any relevant difficulties with our European or Asian supply chain, where all activities of our suppliers are on a usual level.
Since things are changing quite fast, we will keep you updated periodically.
Take care!
Best regards
Your InterApp Team
