The manufacturing and assembly lines at our plants are designed to supply our customers with maximum efficiency. Over the years, substantial investments in state-of-the-art assembly lines and sophisticated testing facilities have become a priority. This has enabled us to deliver products of the highest technological standards and has taught our experienced staff to respond quickly to our customers’ individual needs.
Our facilities are operated according to the highest international standards taking into account quality, efficiency, environmental sustainability as well as the reduction of energy consumption and pollutant emissions. All our entities are ISO 9001 certified.
InterApp Valcom, Spain
InterApp Valcom, Spain is the manufacturing site for our elastomer-lined butterfly valves Desponia® and Desponia® plus as well as our PTFE-lined butterfly valve Bianca.The state-of-the-art production facility features:
- Smart layout and process flow
- Coating facility for Resicoat® dip painting and a transportation system for butterfly valves up to 1000 kg
- Coating facility for wet painting including high temperature oven for fast curing and transportation system
- Cleanroom class 10,000 / ISO class 7 for the assembly and packaging of high-purity configurations
- Clean room LABS-free
- Quality test facility for tightness test, torque measurement test and function test
